Klixy (klixy.in) is a freelance services and student tools platform operated by Anand Prasad Gupta, based in Tinsukia, Assam. You can contact us at anandprasadgupta011@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you place an order for a service or ready-made project, we collect your name, phone number, and email address to process the order and contact you about it. When you use the Resume Builder or PPT Maker’s “Improve with AI” feature, the text you enter is sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate suggestions. We do not permanently store this text on our servers.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Klixy does not collect, see, or store your card, UPI, or bank account details — Razorpay handles this directly under its own security standards.
PDF Tools
Our PDF Tools (merge, split, compress, and others) run entirely inside your browser. Files you use with these tools are never uploaded to our servers and never leave your device.
Cookies and advertising
This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this or other websites. You can view and manage your ad personalisation settings at adssettings.google.com. If you fill in the contact form, a cookie may be used to remember your details for your convenience on a future visit.

Data retention
Order details (name, phone, email, order amount) are retained for as long as needed to fulfil orders and for basic business record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data by emailing us.
