Orders & Payments
All prices on Klixy are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is collected securely via Razorpay at the time you place an order — either for a service, a ready-made project, or a digital download.
Delivery
- Services & freelance work: delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation, usually over WhatsApp or email. Timelines given are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.
- Ready-made projects: these are delivered digitally as described on each project’s listing page.
- Free tools (PDF Tools, Resume Builder, PPT Maker): available instantly, no payment required.
Refunds
- If work on your order has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
- Once work has started, refunds are not available for the time and effort already invested, though we will always try to resolve issues fairly.
- For ready-made projects, if the delivered files are broken, missing, or clearly do not match the listing description, you’re entitled to a fix or a full refund — contact us with details and we’ll sort it out.
- Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before work has begun by contacting us directly. Once work is in progress, cancellations are handled case-by-case.
Client responsibilities
For custom services, timely delivery depends on you providing any content, information, or feedback we request. Delays on your end may affect the agreed timeline.
